To pursue policies that shift tuition subsidies from Soft Money to Hard Money by intentionally building the School’s Endowment.

To structure class size to promote Child-Centered Learning and to cultivate sufficient market demand to support the current program structure.

To develop a secure, integrated and interconnected campus that provides the program space, play space, parking and traffic flow to effectively support the programs and mission of RPDS in harmony with the programs and missions of RPC.
